How long do we store your personal data?
MF Event retains your personal data for the duration required to fulfill the contract and for as long as necessary to address any claims related to the contract, with a maximum storage period of 6 years from the termination of cooperation. However, if legal regulations stipulate a longer storage period, it will be adhered to. Furthermore, data may be retained for up to 10 years from the termination of cooperation or the occurrence of events necessitating processing for fraud prevention, statistical, and archiving purposes, unless the law mandates an extended storage period. For current or future recruitment processes, your data will be retained for a maximum of 36 months.

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
MF Event will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area unless necessary, in which case it will be done with the appropriate legal safeguards. This may include transferring data to Google LLC, a company based in the United States, which will be carried out using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to protect personal data.

Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, and there will be no direct profiling applied to your data.
